| Premises Lockouts (business or residential) Lock picking is an art/skill that is not always successful. Sometimes access requires excess time. (It's not always like in the movies!) When time is of the essence, forced entry may be the better route to take. Most normal locks (not High Security) will pick or can be bypassed in other ways. On occasion some locks won't pick or cannot be bypassed without forced entry (drilling). At that time I can drill the lock at the same charge (providing access) but lock replacement or repairs are extra. You may decline the forced entry if you prefer to have someone else attempt, but the TRIP CHARGE is still due at time of attempted service. For HIGH SECURITY locks, most locks may be totally destroyed to gain access. For inexpensive PADLOCKS it is cheaper and quicker to cut off the lock, and replace, than to pay for standard bypass. |
