Sandfly Locksmith was granted a business license in June 2002. Originally licensed as a mobile service by Bruce Rahn in Chatham County, Georgia with a business address near the community of Sandfly, it was incorporated in July 2005 as Sandfly Locksmith, Inc. solely owned by Zelma Rahn.
With the incorporation came a move to its current storefront location at 6712 Skidaway Road in the incorporated area of Savannah, Georgia. This location is about 1 mile north of the center of Sandfly.
